The main production equipments,such as polyester HMLS industrial filament production line,cablecorders,twisting frames,doubing machines,warping machines,rapier looms,tension creels,double-dip dipping line,were imported from Germany,the United States of America and Japan.The dipped ordinary polyester and HMLS polyester tire cord fabrics,nylon tire cord fabrics,nylon tire cord fabrics,EP canvas,NN canvas,polyester canvas,polyester/cotton canvas,Kevlar canvas,glassfiber canvas,fishing net fabrics and dam-building fabrics developed and produced by the company are being widely used in manufacturing rubber tyres,v-belts,conveyor belts,hoses,flak jackets,soft oil tanks for military purposes, fishing nets and rubber dams,etc..The products are being sold to more than 150 enterprises scattered in over 20 provinces,municipalities and autonomous regions all over China and some of the products are being exported to more than 50 countries and regions in quantities.

The company's "Fairy Dragon" brand polyester tire cord fabrics,EP canvases,polyester HMLS radial tyre framework materials have been appraised as "State Level New Produt" and "National Famous Brand Commodities",and won "Gold Medal at China Patents and New Products Fair".Its Kevlar canvas which filled the gap within China won "National Innovation Award".The research and development of double-dipping technology of polyester tire cord fabrics,polyester HMLS radial tyre framework materials and dipped EP canvases are appraised as science and technology advancement award in the province.The "Fair Dragon" brand has been assessed as famous brand in Shandong Province.And the company has been simultaneously granted the title of "High Technology Enterprise in Shandong Province".Four of its new products won State Patent.Entrusted by the former Ministry of Chemical Industry and former Ministry of Textile Industry.The company worked out the drafts of "National Industrial Standards of EP Canvas and Nylon Canvas Used In Producing Conveyor Belts" and "National Standards of Synthetic Fibre Canvas Used In Rubber Industry".Also entrusted by the National Tyre Standard Commission,National Standard Bureau and National Defence Science and Technology Commission,the company drafted the "National Standard Bureau and National Defence Science and Technology Commission,the company drafted the "National Standards of Dipped Polyester Tire Cord Fabrics Used In Producing Radial Tyres",the "Standards of Heatproof Conveyor Belts" and "The Rules and Regulations of Fabrics Used In Making Polyurethane Flexible Oil Tanks for Military Purpose" respectively.The company has passed the assessment of ISO9001/ISO14001/OHSAS18001 certification system.
